How long does it take to process my order? 

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days, depending on product availability.

 

How long does it take to for my order to arrive once it ships?

Standard Shipping Times are as follows:

USA: 2-7 business days

Canada:  5-10 business days

Europe: 5-20 business days

Other:  10-20 business days

*NOTE:  For international orders, Buyer may be responsible for any additional in country taxes, duties, and/or fees.

 

What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

We do not accept returns for a refund.  However, exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase, with the exception of autographed items and/or digital products.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from order date. 

Only merchandise in its original condition with all tags, labels and original packaging will be accepted for return or exchange.

Any return or exchange shipment costs are at the expense of the purchaser.

Returns or exchanges for any reason must be submitted with a copy of the original order receipt as proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, email the details of your request along with your original order receipt to customer service at contact@joshjacobs28.com within 30 days of purchase.

Note:  All sales or promotionally priced items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

 

What if my product was damaged or otherwise incorrect?

Please send us a short description of the damage / error, pictures of the damage / error, and your original order receipt to customer service at contact@joshjacobs28.com within 30 days of purchase.  We will work with you to replace your damaged or incorrect item, or find another satisfactory solution to the issue.

 

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

No, unfortunately once an order is placed, it is final.  We cannot cancel orders once they have begun production.  We are happy to exchange your item(s) once you receive them, as stated in our Exchange Policy above.

 

Why do my products smell funny and/or have an off white residue?

Due to the printing process of our fulfillment partner, sometimes there may be a vinegary smell and/or an off white residue may appear on the products you receive.  These are both temporary, and will dissipate after the first wash cycle. 

Neither of these indicate anything negative or toxic in regards to our products and/or printing process.  Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology, and all inks used are water based and eco-friendly.
